The product connects to your observability stack (currently Datadog) and lets you have conversations about production issues. Ask it to find slow transactions, correlate metrics, or analyze error patterns, and it will autonomously fetch data, run analysis, and present findings. The combination of API calls and code execution for debugging is technically challenging and potentially very valuable.
However, this is clearly built for technical teams at companies already using sophisticated observability tools. It's not going to help a small business owner debug their WordPress site. The value proposition is strong for the right audience, but the market is fairly narrow compared to more general-purpose AI tools.
